Billing, trials and plans

When the Pro trial ends

Your Pro trial has finished. You are back on Free, nothing was charged, and your layouts are still here.

The trial runs for 14 days with no card, and it never turns into a paid plan on its own. Each machine, email address and account gets one trial.

Plans and prices

• FreeA$0, on 1 machine. Free stays free.
• ProA$19.95 a month or A$215.46 a year, on 2 machines.
• LeagueA$45 a month or A$486 a year, on 5 machines.
• EnterpriseCustom, agreed with us.

Prices in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Yearly billing costs 10% less than twelve monthly payments; the features are the same. Compare every feature on the pricing page.

Changing your plan

Change plan, update your card, and find invoices and receipts in the Stripe billing portal: open Manage subscription in the app under Settings, Account and updates, or use the link above or in your Stripe receipt.

After an upgrade, click Re-check now on the same page in the app so the new plan applies at once.

Cancelling

Cancel in the billing portal before the next billing date to stop the renewal. Paid features continue until the end of the period you paid for, then the app is back on Free, with your layouts.

Deleting your EDR Broadcast account does not cancel billing on its own. Cancel the subscription as well.

Refunds

Refunds are covered in the terms of service. To request a review, email apps@endurotechracing.com with your account email and purchase date.

Billing support

If the billing portal does not solve it, email apps@endurotechracing.com. Include:

• The email on your EDR Broadcast account
• Your plan
• The billing date or invoice reference, if you have it
• Whether you need a refund review, payment help or help with a licence key
